What are the dates of the user conference?
The conference is February 3rd – February 5th, 2027.
What is the cancellation policy for registration fees?
Any cancellations after December 29th do not qualify for a refund.
What is the cost of attending the conference?
The registration fee for the conference is $750, plus travel expenses. See room block information above. There is an early bird rate of $650 if you register before October 1, 2026. There is also a VIP add-on option for those looking for exclusive access to FMX Labs. This costs an additional $150.
We are also running a contest for the Operations Team of the Year. The winner(s) of this award will receive two free tickets to the conference (plus hotel stay). Learn more about the award here.
Will there be meals provided during the conference?
Most meals are provided during the conference. Here are the covered meals:
- February 3rd: Dinner and drinks provided
- February 4th: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks provided
- February 5th: Breakfast and to-go lunch provided
What is the dress code for the conference events?
The dress code is business casual, and we encourage you to represent your organization.

Yes, networking opportunities are included in the price of the event. Please join us for the following:
- There will be a welcome reception at the hotel rooftop. We’ll have drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres.
- A social event will take place on night #2.
